According to section 96 of the Companies Act of 2013, every company, with the exception of those with a One-Person Company Registration (OPC), is required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM (Annual General Meeting) must be held within fifteen months of the last AGM or within six months of the end of the financial year, whichever comes first.
