OBC is Other Backward Castes.

Candidate belongs to OBC - Non Creamy Layer, if the parental income of the OBC candidates is less than Rs. 8 lakhs.

Candidate belongs to OBC - Creamy Layer, if the parental income of the OBC candidates is more than Rs. 8 lakhs.
