Answered on November 30,2021Khata transfer applied online through Sakala 19 Sep 2021, application status says Approved and Remarks mentioned as Khata certificate and Extract Issued, but only uthara patra uploaded in place of both Khata Certificate and Khata Extract, when approached local BBMP office, no Khata Certificate or Extract is ready, they have asked me to approach next week with all the relevant documents again, unable to appeal in Sakala Portal for the GSC number. How to proceed?

Answered on March 24,2023Khata application was wrongly rejected. I raised a 2nd appeal by calling the call center. I've 2nd appeal no. But there is no way I can check the status online in Sakala website. In website there is no provision to check the 2nd appeal status.
