If you are employed in the private sector (under MOHRE, free zones, semi-government entities, or under immigration) or in the Federal Government sector, it is imperative that you subscribe to avoid fines and penalties. This requirement is in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 604 of 2022 pertaining to Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE).
