I have bought a TN registered bike from Marthandam RTO and have brought it to Kerala. I want to re register the bike in my state RTO. Unfortunately my NOC expired which was taken in January 2020. What can I do to get a valid NOC again?

  No need to get noc for 6 months. You can pay temporary tax or else u can say you on visit.
