You can call NORKA helpdesk at 1800-425-3939 or mail to mail@norkaroots.org.

You can also submit your grievance online as follows.

  • Login to Norka Roots website.
  • Click on "Raising a Grievance".
  • Select Grievance Category as "NRK ID Card Related".
  • Enter the Grievance Description.
  • Click on Submit to raise the Grievances.
