The OBC certificate takes 21 working days to get approved. If your application is still pending after the completion of due date, citizens have the right to file an appeal. Please visit Sakala's website at http://www.sakala.kar.nic.in/ or call 080-4455 4455. They will assist you in filing an appeal in Sakala.
