Extracted the Encumbrance Certificate (EC) on Kaveri online services to cross verify the registration, Below image is my EC index

As per the above EC, the Bank’s name in column 5 and Mr. Saurab & Mrs. Richa (borrowers) names in column 6. It means that Discharge Deed registration is successfully completed and EC is updated.

After you submit the application, the sub-registrar will approve your application within next day. Incase your application is not approved even after a day, call the Kaveri Online Services helpline 080 68265316 to file a complain.

Based on my personal experience, the kaveri Online Services helpline is not so good, usually they respond after a long ring and long waiting time so better visit your sub-registrar office and request the officer to approve your application to expedite the process

Before implementation of Kaveri 2.0, the sub-registrar issue EC immediately after the deed registration but now sub-registrar office is not issuing EC. We need to apply EC online on Kaveri Online Services for cross verification

This completes the procedure to register the Discharge Deed through Kaveri Online Services
