Registering a new company in Dubai is quite easy these days; you can form a company while you are in staying in India, without having a physical presence in UAE. You just need to finalize the business activity, number of shareholders in the company, and trade name at least keep a few different names in mind as there are a number of companies already registered so you will not get a common name.

Document require for company setup in Dubai

  • Shareholder passport copy
  • Shareholder photo
  • Shareholder previous visit visa copy/ UID number if visited earlier (if traveled UAE before)

The cost of a trade license may vary, it depends on various factors like trade Name, Number of shareholders in the license, nature, and Number of activities you choose, few activities may require additional approval which may cost extra. Office rent also affects the trade license fee.
