To close the Axis Bank FASTag account, you need to contact the customer care helpline number at 18004198585.
Refund is given to only KYC customers, so if you have not submitted all your KYC documents then please do so to get refund

To close the Axis Bank FASTag account, you need to contact the customer care helpline number at 18004198585.
Refund is given to only KYC customers, so if you have not submitted all your KYC documents then please do so to get refund.
Also, please ensure you remove Axis Bank’s FASTag sticker from the vehicle and paste ONLY new FASTag on the vehicle. Pasting more than one FASTag on the same vehicle is a violation and will attract penalty.

Answered on March 14,2024I applied for a new Fastag from the bank , right now it is showing as Active (not Blacklisted) in their website but did not received a physical card yet and said it will take 10 working days to receive physical but i got a requirement to travel immediately. so in this case , can i purchase instant fastag at toll plaza and start using? can i deactivate bank issued Fastag once i received it?
