However, a provision of Modification and correction can be done only at the RTO level. Please contact your concerned RTO.
Hence, request you Pl. understand and appreciate our (NIC) limitations in this context and may Pl. address the query to the concerned official of the Transport Department.
If you want a change your Date of birth in your DL you can apply this process.
Steps to follow to apply for Change of Date birth:-
1. Visit Sarathi website
2. Select a concerned state
3. Click on "Services on driving license" from the "Apply Online" menu
4. Fill up the application form
5. Take an appointment
6. Visit RTO on the scheduled date with original documents.
Note: This service is available in some states only.
For any additional service(e.g. Change of address, Duplicate, etc.), you can select it from the services menu.
