Yes and No at the same time, they ain't gonna accept your DigiLocker if they don't want to , so you would me asking me lets sue him and raise a complain right, Ok , Let me tell you there are 58thousand complaint already registered regarding this issue, till you get your issue resolved you would be more than 50 years old.

If a passenger shows the Driving Licence/RC from the "Issued Documents" section by logging into his/her digilocker account, the same will be considered as valid proof of identity. However, the documents uploaded by the user in "Uploaded Documents" section will not be considered as a valid proof.
