My user id got locked. How can I unlock?
“Unlock User” link is available left side of the page in MeeSeva Citizen Portal, by clicking on this link you will get OTP to your registered mobile number. Enter OTP number in displayed page then your user id will be unblocked.
I did transaction in MeeSeva Citizen Portal, amount was deducted from my online account or debit/credit card but transaction failed. How can I get refund? How much time will take for refund?
For failure transaction, the amount will be refund within 4-7 bank working days. Because, it will take time for reconciliation with respective Department/Banker.
