Rythu Bandhu Scheme
Rythu Bandhu scheme was introduced by Government of Telangana for providing Investment Support Agriculture and Horticulture crops by way of grant of Rs. 5,000/- per acre per farmer each season for purchase of inputs like Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Labour and other investments in the field operations of Farmer’s choice for the crop season.
Rythu Bandhu Scheme was implemented from the year 2018-19 Kharif season onwards to take care of initial investment needs of every farmer. A budget of Rs.12,000 Crores has been provided for the financial year 2018-19 by Government of Telangana.
The scheme will be implemented for all Pattadars and RoFR title. All the RoFR beneficiaries will be identified by district collectors according to guidelines issued by the Tribal Welfare Department in consultation with the Forest Department. The data pertaining to the RoFR Pattaholders will be obtained from the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare before every season as was done for revenue Pattaholders.
A Pattadar Pasbook will be provided to beneficiaries. If any, errors are noticed in printed passbooks, these must be reported immediately to the respective DROs and the designated liaison officer who in turn will coordinate with the printing agency and replace the canceled defective passbooks with accurate ones
Rhytu Bandhu Scheme Status
Money from Rhytu Bandhu Scheme is transferred to landholders by way of electronic transfer of money through e-Kuber (RBI payment platform). You can check the status of your payment by following the below steps.
Visit the Treasuries and Accounts Department website.
Click on eKuber. Click on "Scheme Wise Report".
Select the Year.
Select the Type as "Rhytu Bandhu".
Enter Pattedar Pass Book number.
Click on "Submit" to view the status of your Rhytu Bandhu money.
