Old Age Pension Scheme - Punjab

Under the Old Age Pension Scheme in Punjab, pension is granted to women of 58 years of age and above and to men of 65 years of age and above. The maximum income for eligibility under the scheme is Rs. 2000/- p.m. for single beneficiaries and Rs. 3000/- p.m. for couples. The applicant having ownership of maximum 2 Acre Nehri/Chahi land or maximum 4 Acre Barani land (including husband & wife) and with income not exceeding the prescribed limit of Rs. 2000/- per month for single beneficiary and Rs.3000/- per month for couple with their other source of income is/are eligible.

Eligibility Criteria for Old Age Pension Scheme in Punjab

Following are the eligibility criteria for old age pension scheme in Punjab.

The applicant should be a permanent resident of Punjab
The age should be 65 Years & above for Men 58 Years & above for Women.
Total annual Income should not be more than Rs. 60,000/- including business or rental or interest income.
The Applicant having maximum 2 Acre Nehri/Chahi land or maximum 4 Acre Barani land ownership (including husband & wife) is eligible for pension as per report of Revenue Department

Click on ‘Citizen Login’.
Click on ‘Don’t have an account? Register Now’
A registration form will open on your screen.
Fill the required details like name, email, mobile number.

Select your gender.
Enter a password.
Tick the checkbox.
Click on ‘Register’.
An OTP will be sent on the entered mobile number. Enter the OTP.
An OTP will be sent on the entered email address. Enter theOTP.
Click on ‘Validate’.
