This service grants (Golden Residency Visa) for a period of (5) years to an entrepreneur who owns an economic project of a technical or future nature based on risk & innovation

How to get Golden Visa for Entrepreneurs?

You can apply for Golden Visa for Entrepreneurs through GDRFA-Dubai Smart Application and AMER Center.

GDRFA-Dubai Smart Application

1. Download the GDRFA-Dubai application through the authorized stores: Apple store/Play store
2. Register a new user account (in case there is no account registered)
3. Select the required service
4. Attach the required documents
5. Pay the fees due for the service
6. Submit the request

AMER Center:

1. Head to one of the service branches of the Amer Centers
2. Select the required service at the receptionist
3. Submit the required documents to the service employee
4. Checking documents
5. Pay the fees due for the service
6. Submit application

Note: a text message + an email is sent to the customer with the status of the application:

• If there are missing documents on the application, the customer is notified of the need to attach the missing documents within 30 days, and if the missing documents are not attached, the application will be canceled.
• In case there are no missing documents in the application, the customer will be notified of the approval and the approved application will be sent by e-mail.

Fees Required to get Golden Visa for Entrepreneurs

ID fees (575 AED)

Terms and Conditions

Owner or founder of economic project :

An Entrepreneur is granted a Golden Visa for (5) years without a sponsor as follows:

1- Submission of a Letter from an accredited auditor in the United Arab Emirates stating that the project value is not less than AED (500) Five Hundred Thousand (project owner).

2- Submission of an approval Letter from the concerned authorities in the Emirate stating that the project is of a technical or future nature in which entrepreneurship is achieved (project owner).

3- Submission of a Letter from an accredited business incubator or a competent authority in the Emirate stating that the project is of a technical or future nature )project founder).

4- This type of application for (entrepreneurs) is submitted through Dubai Future Foundation.

5- Conditions for granting a Golden Visa to family members of an Entrepreneur: The family members of the Entrepreneur stated in the Cabinet Resolution (husband or wife and children from the category of unmarried daughters and unmarried sons) are granted a Golden Visa for a period of (5) years.

Executive Directors working for an Entrepreneur

An entrepreneur may appoint (3) executive directors with a Golden Visa for a period of (5) years according to the following:

1 -Submit a letter from the entrepreneur stating the work of the executive director for them.

2 - Submit a pledge from the executive direct to work throughout the residency period with the entrepreneur.

3 - Submit a copy of the university degree duly certified.

4- Conditions for granting a Golden Visa to family members of an Executive Directors Working For an Entrepreneur:The family members of the Executive directors working for an Entrepreneur stated in the Cabinet Resolution (husband or wife and children from the category of unmarried daughters and unmarried sons) are granted a Golden Visa for a period of (5) years.
