GST officer can seek clarification wrt to your GST Registration application. In response to such notice, the applicant is required to file a reply, providing such additional information, clarification or document, in Form GST REG-04. GST REG-06 :- Certificate of registration in FORM GST REG-6, shall be made available indicating all additional places of business for the principal place of business and separate registration certificate for every declared additional place of business indicating the address of that place besides address of principal place of business , shall be printed on Registration Certificate.
