I don't understand how you have purchased the land without knowing the Survey Number, that's why whenever somebody wants to purchase Agril land, first get the land identified and measured by the Government Surveyor, then only proceed to buy. In your case, you wait for sometime as the Govt  of AP has commenced the total resurvey of lands in the State, you may get some remedy
