No, this happens frequently and is a problem with USCIS computers. You should be able to track your case manually via Case Status Online. If that also doesn't work, try again later. On a related note, may we also suggest that you don't check your case status obsessively. It won't make your case progress any faster, and it's detrimental to your mental health.
