Any person from the State of Rajasthan could obtain Mool Nivas certificate, provided that he/she is a resident in the State for the last 10 years.

However, if you are a female applicant married to a person in Rajasthan, who already avails Mool Nivas Certificate, then you can apply for the certificate.

For minors, the certificate is issued based on their parents’ certificate.
