Banks issue these statements for admission purposes.
You can get a bank balance certificate issued by the bank stating that you have the amount needed for your education and living expenses,
If you don't have the required amount, you can borrow this amount for a short time from someone for obtaining a bank balance certificate then return them back. You can also show that you have approved an education loan for a similar amount.

I fulfill all the criteria mentioned in the prabuddha guidelines pdf. As the university waived IELTS and GMAT isn't required, got an offer letter without writing it. So is it mandatory to have written one of these exams to avail prabuddha scheme? Can I apply for this scholarship for a supply chain management degree? am I eligible to apply just with an offer letter from the university of QS ranking within 100 and basic criteria like caste, minimum previous degree scores, and all the required documents?
