I have scored second class in 12th grade and 57% in my BE. Am I still eligible for applying for PG studies?

You are eligible for PG studies in Prabuddha scheme as you have more than 55% marks or equivalent grade in relevant qualifying Bachelor’s Degree exams.
But, I am not sure whether the criteria has changed or not.
