It might be a software-related issue. If you want to register a complaint, you can register your grievances in Kendriya Sainik Board website.

Follow the below steps to do it.

Visit Kendriya Sainik Board website

Click on "Grievances"
Click on "Post Grievance"
Enter the details.
Click on Submit

You can track the grievances from the Kendriya Sainik Board website.

Visit Kendriya Sainik Board website
Click on "Grievances"
Click on "Track Grievance"
Enter Grievance No. and Verification Code to track the status of grievance.
