I have a pending I-485 and do not have an Advance Parole document. May I travel domestically in between Alaska / Hawaii / USVI / PR and the rest of the USA?

Yes. However if your flight is diverted to another country you should expect your I-485 to be considered abandoned, and you might not be permitted to board the flight to the US.
