My question are as follows. 1) Procedure to convert the annual tax to yearly tax. 2) Will there be any penalty for not paying the road tax for almost 10 years. 3) What will be total financial implication of tax and penalty, assuming the cost of vehicle now is only Rs. 10,000. (Original cost of the new vehicle when it was bought was around Rs. 60,000)

Furnish your vehicle No. If so the exact due amount can be furnished.
Annual tax of the vehicle is 6% of the invoice price of the vehicle from 01.04.2007 on wards
cannot convert annual tax to yearly tax
50% of tax is levied as additional Tax
Original price of the vehicle is taken in to account for calculating tax
