While publishing a Bid, when the Buyer reaches the “Additional Terms & Conditions (ATC)” page, they will get a button called as “Buyer Added Bid Specific ATC”. By clicking on this button, they can either type in their Additional Terms & Conditions or else they can also upload a document (.doc/.docx/.pdf) in which all the conditions have already been typed in.
