Name of the Sub Service: FTNC additional load upto 7.5 KW for LT2 and LT3
Whom to approach for this service (Designated Officer)?: Asst Executive Engineer
Procedure involved to get this service: Services will be provided within 30 working days only after Payment of specified charges by the consumer.
Who are eligible to get this service: Bescom Consumers
Fee/Charges to be paid to get the service: Refer demand charges sheet published in BESCOM website
Maximum number of days to wait to get this service delivered: 30 Working Days
Whom to approach as a appeal (Competent Officer), if the service is not delivered in time or rejected by officer: Executive Engineer
Maximum number of days to wait to get the decision of the Competent Officer: 7 Working Days
