2. OPD registration

3. Entry into GSC and issue Ack

4. Appear for assessment of the age by the Medical Officer

5. Referral to Taluk / District Hospital by the MO

6. Appear for specialist examination / investigation at Taluk / District Hospital

7. Opinion by the specialist to the MO on case sheet

8. Preparation of certificate by MO

9. Issue of certificate
