1.After receipt of application, demand notice for payemnt of relevant fees in format -9 is given to the party.

2. After completion of mandatory notice period of 7 days the documents are verified and action is intitated.

3.Request is then placed before the Gram sabha for its approval.

4. As per the decision of the Gram sabha action is initiated by the PDO of the panchayat.
