All actionable petitions are forwarded to the concerned authorities (Ministries/ Departments/ State Governments) for action as appropriate through CPGRAMS. Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), the administrative department for CPGRAMS has prescribed guidelines with respect to the disposal of Public grievances. The same is available in the public domain and can be viewed on the website of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances.
