മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റികളല്ലാത്തിടത്ത് 4.13 സെന്റിൽ കൂടുതൽ റസിഡൻഷ്യൽ പ്ലോട്ട് ഉണ്ടാകാൻ പാടില്ല. എന്നാൽ കൃഷി ഭൂമി 5 ഏക്കർ വരെ ആകാം. വാർഷിക വരുമാന പരിധി 8 ലക്ഷം രൂപയാണ്. വീടിന്റെ വലുപ്പം 1000 ചതുരശ്ര അടി വരെ ആകാം. ഇവയാണ് ഉന്നയിച്ച സംശയങ്ങൾക്ക് EWS മായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കേന്ദ നിബന്ധനകൾ.

Answered on April 18,2023ഞാൻ എന്റെ മാത്രംപേരിലുള്ള മൂന്ന് സെന്റ് ഭൂമിയിൽ 400 സ്ക്വയർ ഫീറ്റ് വീട്ടിൽ ഒറ്റക്ക് താമസിക്കുന്നു. എന്റെ പേരിൽ മറ്റ് ഭൂമികൾ ഇല്ല. റേഷൻ കാർഡിൽ എന്റെ പേര് മാത്രമാണുള്ളത്. എന്റെ വാർഷിക വരുമാനം നാലു ലക്ഷത്തിൽ താഴെയാണ്. എന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ എന്റെ കൂടെയല്ല. ഈ അവസ്ഥയിൽ എന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ വരുമാനം കണക്കിൽപ്പെടുത്താതെ എനിക്ക് EWS ന് അർഹതയുണ്ടോ ?
ഇല്ല. മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ വരുമാനം കൂടി കണക്കിലാക്കിലെടുത്തേ സാക്ഷ്യ പത്രം ലഭിക്കൂ.

Government of Kerala . Answered on March 14,2023എന്റെ ഭർത്താവിന്റെ പേരിൽ സ്വത്ത്‌ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല.. എന്റെ മാതാ പിതാക്കൾക്കും വീടോ ഭൂമിയോ ഇല്ല. എന്റെ പേര് എന്റെ വീട്ടിലെ BPL കാർഡിൽ ആണ് ഉള്ളത്.. ഭർത്താവിന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ പേരിൽ 2000 sq. Ft. വീടുണ്ട്.അത് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉള്ളത് അല്ല.എനിക്ക് ews കിട്ടുമോ?
EWS ആനുകൂല്യം സംബന്ധിച്ച മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളിൽ കുടുംബം എന്നതിൽ ഭർത്താവിന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നില്ല. അതിനാൽ EWS സാക്ഷ്യപത്രം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിൽ തടസ്സം കാണുന്നില്ല.

Answered on July 13,20232024 ലെ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ ജോലിക്ക് EWS claim ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി 2022-23 ലെ Income and Asset സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ആവശ്യമുണ്ട്. പ്രസ്തുത കാലയളവിൽ(2022-23) കുടുംബ വാർഷിക വരുമാനം 8 ലക്ഷത്തിൽ താഴെയാണ്. എന്നാൽ 2022-23 കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ 1000 Sq. Ft. ഇൽ കവിയുന്ന വീട് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. 5 മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപ് ആ വീടിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന നടക്കുകയും EWS റിസേർവഷന് നിഷ്കർഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന Asset Criteria ക്ക് അകത്ത് Income and Asset വരികയും ചെയ്തു. എങ്കിൽ 2024 ജനുവരിയിൽ 2022-23 Income and Asset(EWS) സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കാൻ അർഹനാണോ?
കുടുംബ വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാനം കണക്കാക്കുമ്പോള്‍ മാത്രമാണ് തൊട്ടു മുന്‍പുള്ള സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷത്തെ വരുമാനം കണക്കാക്കുന്നത്. മറ്റുള്ളവ അതതു സമയത്തെ അര്‍ഹതയാണ് പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്.
