ഫാമിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം മൂലം താങ്കൾ അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ പ്രദിപാദിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള പരാതി, പഞ്ചായത്ത്, പൊലൂഷൻ കണ്ട്രോൾ ബോർഡ്, ഫാം നടത്തിപ്പുകാരൻ എന്നിവരെ എതിർ കക്ഷികളാക്കി തദ്ദേശ സ്വയം ഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കുവേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഓംബുഡ്സ്മാൻ മുമ്പാകെ ബോധിപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. പരാതി നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള മേൽ വിലാസം ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുന്നു.
