In Central service, Agricultural land less than 5 acres and residential plot less than 100 sq yards/.
In State service, Agricultural land less than 2.5 acres in the Grama Panchayat area, 75 cents in Municipal area and 50 cents in Corporaton area and in the case of residential plot, land not specified in GP area, 20 cents in Municipal area and 15 cents in Corporation area.

Answered on April 18,2023ഞാൻ എന്റെ മാത്രംപേരിലുള്ള മൂന്ന് സെന്റ് ഭൂമിയിൽ 400 സ്ക്വയർ ഫീറ്റ് വീട്ടിൽ ഒറ്റക്ക് താമസിക്കുന്നു. എന്റെ പേരിൽ മറ്റ് ഭൂമികൾ ഇല്ല. റേഷൻ കാർഡിൽ എന്റെ പേര് മാത്രമാണുള്ളത്. എന്റെ വാർഷിക വരുമാനം നാലു ലക്ഷത്തിൽ താഴെയാണ്. എന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ എന്റെ കൂടെയല്ല. ഈ അവസ്ഥയിൽ എന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ വരുമാനം കണക്കിൽപ്പെടുത്താതെ എനിക്ക് EWS ന് അർഹതയുണ്ടോ ?
ഇല്ല. മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ വരുമാനം കൂടി കണക്കിലാക്കിലെടുത്തേ സാക്ഷ്യ പത്രം ലഭിക്കൂ.

EWS ആനുകൂല്യം സംബന്ധിച്ച മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളിൽ കുടുംബം എന്നതിൽ ഭർത്താവിന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നില്ല. അതിനാൽ EWS സാക്ഷ്യപത്രം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിൽ തടസ്സം കാണുന്നില്ല.
