Insurance claim ലഭിക്കാൻ police case നിർബ്ബന്ധമില്ല. അപകടകാരണം വ്യക്തമായി claim intimation ൽ കാണിച്ചാൽ മതി. പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനുകൾക്ക് കേസെടുക്കുന്നതിൽ jurisdiction പരിധികളുണ്ട്
