വരുന്നുണ്ട്. Kerala സർക്കാർ പാസ്സാക്കിയ Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA) എന്ന നിയമത്തിനു കീഴിലുള്ള അതോറിറ്റിയിൽ എല്ലാ റിയൽ എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബ്രോക്കർമാരും രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. പേര് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യാതെ പ്ലോട്ടുകളോ വീടുകളോ ഫ്ളാറ്റുകളോ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുന്ന നടപടികളിൽ ഏർപ്പെടുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ഇല്ലാത്ത ഏജന്റുകൾക്കെതിരെ പരാതി കിട്ടിയാൽ ഈ അതോറിട്ടിക്ക് ഏജന്റിനെതിരെ നടപടി എടുക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ വാടക ബ്രോക്കെർമാർക്കു രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ വേണമെന്ന് പറയുന്നില്ല.

അതുപോലെ തന്നെ 500 sq.mtr അളവിൽ കൂടുതലുള്ള പ്രൊജക്റ്റ്‌കളും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എട്ടു നിലയിൽ കൂടുതലുള്ളവയും 1/1/2020 മുതൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.

രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യാത്ത ബിൽഡേഴ്‌സ് തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രൊജെക്ടുകൾ വിൽക്കുവാനോ മാർക്കറ്റ് ചെയ്യുവാനോ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

പ്രോജക്ടിന് മുൻപോ പിൻപോ പരാതി ഉള്ള ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾ Kerala Real Estate Authority യെ സമീപിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
