വീട് നിർമ്മാണം കഴിഞ്ഞ ശേഷം ഓക്കുപ്പൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനെകുറിച്ചാണ് ചോദ്യം എന്ന് അനുമാനിക്കുന്നു. പെർമിറ്റിനുസരിച്ചുള്ള പണികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ ശേഷം കംപ്ലീഷൻ പ്ലാൻ, കംപ്ലീഷൻ റിപ്പോർട്ട് (ഇതുരണ്ടും അംഗീകൃത ലൈസൻസിയും കെട്ടിട ഉടമയും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്) എന്നിവ സഹിതം അപേക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് ഒക്കുപൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് അനുവദിക്കുന്നത്. 2019 ലെ കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ ചട്ടം 20 കാണുക.
