ಹೌದು, ಪವರ್ ಆಫ್ ಅಟಾರ್ನಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವತಃ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಎಕ್ಸಿಕ್ಯುಟೆಂಟ್ (ಪಿಒಎ ಗ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ) POA ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳಬೇಕು, ವಕೀಲರು (POA ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ) ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ಮಾರಾಟ ಅಥವಾ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಡೀಡ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಯಂ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬಹುದು.
