Your FASTag might be in holtist, for which you have to call customer care of the concerned issuer bank & get the hotlist removed. In case of NHAI FASTag you have to call 1033 helpline. Secondly, your KYC might not be updated, for that also you have to follow the steps by the concerned customer care.

Answered on July 15,2021Initially I have a fast tag issued by Airtel bank later I change it now I have AXIS bank fast tag. When I travel then toll plaza scanner show that my vehicle is black listed even balance is available and showing active on NHAI site. I contacted to NHAI customer care they said this issue has to be solved by Airtel payment bank. I write several mail to airtel payment bank but still no solution. What can I do?
