YSR Vahana Mitra Scheme

YSR Vahana Mitra Scheme provides financial assistance of Rs 10,000 per year to Self-Owned Auto/Taxi/Maxi Cab Drivers. The annual allowance of Rs 10,000 would be given to drivers to meet the insurance premium, license fee, and other recurring expenses.

Eligibility Criteria [Edit] [Edit]

Applicant must be over 18 years of age

Applicant must have a valid driving license to drive an auto-rickshaw/light motor vehicle
Auto rickshaw/taxi/maxi cab on the applicant's name must be registered with the Department of Transport, Andhra Pradesh.

Applicant must have a valid driving license to drive an auto-rickshaw/light motor vehicle
Applicant must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh
Applicant must be below the poverty line
There should be a no-credit bank account in the name of the individual ( the bank's passbook should scan and upload the first page)
The beneficiary must have an Aadhaar number and the beneficiary has to submit the mobile number.

The following documents are required to apply online for YSR Vahana Mitra Scheme.

Applicant’s White Ration Card
Applicant’s Aadhar Card
Applicant’s Caste Certificate issued by competent Authority in case of SC/ST/BC/Minority communities.
Vehicle Registration Certificate in the name of the applicant
Driving Licence in the name of the applicant/family member mentioned in white ration card, if the vehicle is registered in the name of one of the family members (i.e, father/mother/daughter, etc.).
Unencumbered Bank Account Passbook first page containing Account Number, Bank Name, Branch Name, and IFSC Code.

Click on "Online Application for Financial Assistance to Owner cum Driver wrt Auto/Taxi/Cab vehicles"

Click on "Click here to apply online Application for Financial Assistance to Self-owned Auto/Taxi/Maxi Cab Drivers".

Enter the details about ration card, aadhaar card, caste certificate, bank account, driving license, vehicle registration number and driving license number.

Once you have filled the required information, submit the application.
