Jana Sevaka Karnataka: Registration, Slot booking

Jana Sevaka is an initiative by the Government of Karnataka which was launched to provide Doorstep Delivery of Government Services to the citizens in order to ease their life.

Currently, 58 services from eight government departments are being offered. Departments and their services are provided below.

Only one service can be availed in one slot. To avail multiple services, you can book individual slot for each service.

Slots can be booked by calling the call center or via mobile app or via website.

Follow the below steps to book Jana Sevaka slot by website

• Visit Jana Sevaka Slot Booking website register.

• Select the Service.

• Now you can see the documents required for the service along with Janasevaka Charges and Department Charges

• Enter your name and mobile number

• Click on Get OTP

• Enter OTP. Click on Validate OTP.

• Enter your address.

• Book your Appointment Date and Time.

Once you confirm and book your slot, you will receive an SMS on your mobile number with slot details and an OTP. This OTP needs to be shared with the Janasevaka once he/she visits to receive the application.

Citizens can call at 080-44554455 where well-trained call center executives will be available to assist citizens in availing this service.

Jana Sevaka Slot Booking by app

Citizens can also download and log on to the Mobile One app on their phones to avail this service.

The documents required to avail a service will be intimated to citizen at the time of booking slot.

The Janasevaka visiting you will be wearing official uniform and carry an official government ID card. For further authentication, once you book a slot, you will receive an OTP on your mobile which you have to share with Janasevaka for authentication purposes.

Janasevaka service delivery can be availed between 8AM-8PM on all days of the week.

Jana Sevaka Fees

Citizens will be charged a nominal Facilitation fee of Rs.115 along with departments fee for the requested service. Printing charges will be added wherever applicable.

Cash mode and various Digital payment modes (UPI, Paytm etc) are enabled.

You will get an SMS update on the registered mobile number at each step of the application process and application status can also be tracked using the following URL.

Reschedule Jana Sevaka Appointment

You can reschedule your appointment one hour before the scheduled time in case of any unforeseen circumstances by calling the call center (080-44554455) or via mobile app.
