Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme

Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme was launched on 01 May 2021 by the Government of Rajasthan for all families of Rajasthan.

Rajasthan is the first state in India to provide Universal Health Coverage for its citizens. 

Benefits of Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme

• Under Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme,the State government provides cashless insurance upto 5 lakh for the families.

• The scheme will provide free insurance to all families under BPL,NFSA and SECC categories.

• The scheme provides insurance for treatment of major diseases.

• Besides major diseases,the scheme will also include Covid-19 care and haemodialysis for the poor.

Eligibility Criteria for Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme

• All the families under BPL,NFSA and SECC categories can avail this scheme.

• Families not included in these categories will be also eligible for the benefits,although they have to pay 50 percent of the premium,which will come around Rs 850 annually.

Documents Required for applying Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme

• Aadhar card

• Jan Aadhar card/Jan Aadhar card number/Bhamashah card/Jan Aadhar registration slip.

How to register for Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme?

In order to get your own registration done online, first of all you should get your SSO ID. You can make it by visiting the link sso.rajasthan.gov.in  website.

Follow the below steps to register for Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme.

• Visit  sso.rajasthan.gov.in

• Register on the website, if you have not already registered.

• Login to Rajasthan Single Sign-on (SSO) website with the credentials

• Open the dashboard.

• Start filling the online health insurance scheme form 

• Click on the Submit button.

• Take a screenshot or print out of the application.

• Application fee: Rs 20

• Premium Collection fee:Rs 10
