  • If you are a new user, click on "New User"

  • Enter the required details.

  • You will receive an OTP in your registered mobile number to register in the esevai portal.

How to download Certified Copies in Tamil Nadu?

After TN eSevai registration, follow the below steps to download certified copies in Tamil Nadu.

  • Click on "Inspectorate General of Registration"

  • Click on “IGR-404 CC Download”

  • Enter the "Application Number" which is generated at the time of Issue of Certificate Copy service. After entering “Application Number”, the "Sequence Number" and "Year" will be pre-filled.

  • Click on the "Calculate CC Fee details" button, if details are wrong click on the "Clear CC Fee details" button to remove filled values.

  • After filling all mandatory fields, finally, click on the “Submit” button. Department amount, Service Charges will be shown in the window.
  • After submitting the request, if a transaction is confirmed success message will be received with the “CC File” and “Print Receipt” buttons to download the receipt

  • To process the payment the user need to click the “Submit” button.

  • On completion of successful payment click "Print IGR CC Download", "Print Receipt", CC Copy and Receipt will download in PDF format.
