Documents required as proof of principal place of business in GST:
If premises are owned:
- Legal Ownership document such as Sale Deed/Index Copy
- Electricity Bill/Property Tax Receipt/ Municipal Khata Copy
If property is owned by relative or known person a Notarized Consent Letter on minimum stamp paper (Rs. 50 shall do) is required.
