Please note that a Ration card can only be fetched in the DigiLocker account of the Head of the Family usually a female member. To fetch your Vaccine certificate either your Aadhaar name should exactly match the name on COVID vaccine certificate or your mobile number which you gave during Vaccine registration, should be updated into your DigiLocker account. We also recommend you write to DigiLocker support Team at https://support.digitallocker.gov.in/ in case you have any issues.
