  I am owning a 2006 model private car. My RC is in book form. When I entered my vehicle details in Parivahan website for checking registration renewal process it is showing "Vehicle details not found in the system". Question 1. Should I visit my RTO or is there an alternative method. Also, my car 15 one time tax is expiring in Mar 2021. Will I have to show car at RTO and do test for renewal or can I renew online and keep the online receipt as proof of tax payment. My RTO is Irinjalakuda.

  I am purchasing a new Tata Nexon XMA variant. I have asked the show room to fit original fog lamps . As my variant doesn't have it. Only higher variants has factory fitted fog lamps. But now they don't have stock . So I might not be able to show this to RTO during registration. Is this legal if I fit from showroom after registration. Will I get fined in future ?
  If fits the fog lamp recommended bythe vehicle dealer manufacturer, you can have it.
