Which are the different governnment loans available for starting and running a business in Kerala?

Various Govt agencies providing for the promotion of entrepreneurship are as follows
 
1) KSIDC
 
Seed Funding is provided to innovative ventures/potential start-ups promoted by young entrepreneurs, subject to a maximum of Rs 25 lakhs per venture or 90% of the initial cost of the project, whichever is lower. The objective of the Scheme is to promote entrepreneurship among the youth of the State making them job providers rather than job seekers. KSIDC has sanctioned seed fund to 100+ innovative start-ups. The sanctioned companies are those which are into health services, agriculture, web & application development, ecommerce platforms, engineering, ayurveda, financial services, media, advertising, educational services, food processing, human resource training, biotechnology, freight services, defence-technology. The seed fund assisted companies of KSIDC have created employment opportunities for 1000+ persons.
 
2) KFC
 
a) Term Loans
b) Working Capital Loans
c) Short term Loans
d) Bill Discounting
 
3) ESS
 
Special category enterprises include Women Enterprise, with 50% of the promoters are women, young entrepreneurs, all the promoters shall be between the age of 18 and 45 and SC/ST entrepreneurs, in the case of more than one promoter at least 50% of the promoters shall be SC/ST. The special category enterprises are being provided with an additional 5% of the Fixed Capital Investment as support under this scheme.

Priority Industries, such as Rubber based, Agro based & Food processing, Readymade Garments, Industries manufacturing equipments and machinery for Non-conventional energy generation, Bio Technology based industries, 100% Export Oriented Units, Biodegradable plastic industries, Plastic waste recycling industries, Bio fertilizer Industries get an additional assistance of 10% of the Fixed Capital Investment subject to a ceiling of 10 lakhs. MSMES set up in Backward Districts of Idukki, Wayanad, Pathanamthitta, Kasargod shall be eligible for an additional assistance of 10% of the Fixed Capital Investment subject to a ceiling of 10 lakhs.
