In the Kerala E-district portal, there are 2 kinds of registrations.

One is for the person who creates an account in the Edistrict portal and another is for the person who wants to access that particular service such as income certificate, possession certificate etc.

These 2 persons can either be the same or different. For example, you can create an account in the Edistrict portal and request a service for your brother by providing his details.

As you are getting an error while entering your name, you can ask someone else to create an account in the Edistrict portal and request them to raise the required service on your behalf.

You can check this video and link to get an understanding of it.

This happens because you enter incompatible data in the name field of the application. You might have included any special characters like dot (.) or anything else in it.
