What should I do if I encounter error message "Consignee not found" on GeM portal?

All secondary users such as Consignees are to be added by the HOD of the organization. In case, you are encountering such issues, you may ask your HOD to update or add the consignee details from his/her account, by clicking on "My Account".

exact error is : Validation Failed. Mismatch of fields: acknowledgement number, info type etc. etc.

May be one more GeM id is registered with this UAM. Need to disable that account.
