What is the validity for non utilisation certificate for bike?

There is no validity as such for a Non-utilization certificate. It just proves that you have not utilized the NOC and the vehicle belongs to the RTO which has issued the NOC itself.

Non-utilization certificate has to be submitted to RTO which has issued NOC to cancel the NOC.
