What is the procedure for registration of a new commercial vehicle in Delhi?

All commercial/transport vehicles are registered with the M.L.O(Motor Licensing Officer) at the Head Quarter of the transport department, where the application is to be made with the following requirement.
- L.O.I(Letter Of Intent ) issued it from S.T.A(State Transport Authority) Branch.
- Manufacturing Invoice.
- Form no. 20, Form no.21 and Form no. 22.
- Certificate of fitness issued by the board of inspectors from inspection pit Burari.
- Self Attested copy of the address proof.
- Self Attested copy of the insurance certificate/cover note.
- Form no. 34 (in case the vehicle is purchased on loan).
- Road tax as applicable.
- Prescribed fee for registration.
- Self Attested copy of PAN card or Form 60 & 61 (as applicable).
- A vehicle like TSR(Three-Seater auto Rickshaw) & Taxi are registered at inspection pit Burari.
